While we have nothing against Easter bunnies, baskets, and egg hunts, we have been asked to remember to take time to celebrate, read, and discuss the Life, Atonement, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. We have been asked to more fully celebrate Christ’s victory over death and the opportunities we now have because of it. Recently, my religious leaders have been actively reminding the members of my Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, to prioritize the true meaning of Easter Sunday.
